Chris and Austin were very thorough in cleaning out our dry vent. They checked to make sure that the vent was completely cleaned. I highly recommend them for anyone needing their ducts cleaned.

This co. sent a technician back out to the house, but he tried to sell me more work when I told him that the duct cleaning did not work and there still was the same smell as before.

Ductz was great! Ductz took pictures, were thorough, organized, clean, friendly and polite. They explained what they were doing and before the service day they came out to do a free estimate and explain what exactly would be done. We spoke to our neighbors -they also had the their ducts cleaned but with another company. However, they had been charged more and were not as satisfied with the results. There is definitely an air quality difference (improvement) since Ductz cleaned our ducts. I recommend DUCTZ of S. Cincinnati/Covington to my friends and neighbors, as well as strangers across town!

Very professional, ethical, helpful, above and beyond customer service. Even offered to wear booties before entering the house! Friendly, knowledgeable, and follows through with their statement, "we want to leave everything as we found it." They stood on my second floor condo windowsill to make certain the outside vent was working correctly and was efficient. Super job! Clothes that took 2 hrs to dry now take 45 minutes! Got rid of the fire hazard and now enjoy energy savings at their quoted price--even though my job took twice as long as average. GREAT PEOPLE!
