I thought when I hired a business to deep clean my house, they would have an idea of what they should be doing. Had I known I would have to point out every single thing they had to do, I would have made a list before they arrived. I've been doing the things they missed since they were here. I would say I overpaid for the service I received. The window tracks were fairly clean so they didn't bother to finish cleaning them. Couldn't clean my cooktop stove so I looked it up on YouTube and will do it myself. I asked for the cabinet faces to be wiped, I thought they had done the tops so asked them to do the bottoms. He says they did the tops so I guess I should say they were done poorly. For a business owner, he needs to take it on himself to make a list that the customer can check off things they expect to be done so there is no miscommunication. I'm disappointed. Will not recommend to friends or family. I spoke with him before sending this in and he disagrees with my assessment. I apologize if he doesn't see things my way but I'm picky and expected to have all things spotless when he left. He was very friendly and did everything I pointed out, I guess it's my fault I wasn't more detailed in my inspection. They did a great job on my floors and they dusted almost everything. It's only fair I point out the things they did well as much as the things they didn't.
