great response and great job on the pressure clean. However, the application of treatment and deck stain is spotty - with shiny areas remaining - we will need to call them back to re-fresh those areas

Needed our porch repaired and painted. DuraCoat responded quickly with a reasonable estimate and got a carpenter working on our porch within the week. The carpentry job was excellent and we are waiting for Spring to do the painting. The quote we received for the paint job was reasonable but that job hasnt been done yet.

Duracoat gave a competitive quote and also accommodated my busy summer schedule. The foreman worked with us to make sure they were delivering to expectations. The job and cleanup weren't perfect. Still, I would recommend them.

I would advise future consumers to ask a lot of questions and read the fine print before signing a contract. Verify if sanding is included.

"It is clearly noted in large print, as a line-item that Restoration Sanding is an additional charge. Normally, our Cleaning System with an orbital scrubber gets the deck in perfect condition, ready for sealing and staining. Rarely is there any need for deep sanding as this can actually cause gashes in the wood, and lift nails. By the way,we only have 2 fine-print lines that have to do with payment"

Ramon did the work, fast, hard worker, very careful, agreeable to work with. I appreciate their moving my heavy plants off the deck for the job. Didn't show up when they said they would; a day later after I called them. Deck looks great.
