I noticed a leak in my ceiling due to what I believed to be the air conditioner. I got online in the early morning (2am) to look up a repairs service. I found servicemagic and was given 3 names of contractors. I emailed all three. At 8:30 the same morning Durham Mechanical called and they were at my house by noon. The service was exceptional. They were polite, ontime, professional and reasonable priced. What more could you ask for? They are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau for as reason. Kudos.

Durham Mechanical Services did a great job! They responded quickly to my inquiry via servicemagic and contacted me back when they said they would. They gentlemen Scott and Adam were on time, fixed my unit, an older Trane and did NOT try to charge me a fortune! I would definitely recommend this company to others!!!! CALL THEM!!!

Gas Heating and Furnace Service
I had a very positive experience with Durham Mechanical Service. Kelli emailed several quotes since I was traveling when our heat exchanger conked out. Once I decided to accept DMS's quote, 2 technicians were out the following morning. They installed the heat exchanger as well as 2 electrical circuits, which also needed replacing in order for our heat to perform at peak efficiency. Thanks to DMS for all their work.
