Great looking floors for a good price.

The job was bid timely. The job was started on time and completed as promised. Derek, Pete, and Jeremy were all very professional. The job went smoothly and the floors look exceptional. We had an install and refinish of preexisting wood.

They were nice people who did a good job. They answered emails quickly and professionally. They came when they said they would. They were polite and trustworthy. The floor looks really good! There was no dust, most holes were filled in and are now hard to see, a couple wood-filler globs were left which is why I gave quality 4.5 stars. They removed the baseboards and added wood transitions in the doorways and at the fireplace tile for no extra cost. The transitions were less finished compared to the rest of the floor, which is another reason I gave 4.5 stars. I would be happy to hire them again to do the other wood floors in our house.

On time, polite, worked within our schedule, dustless system worked very well. We are pleased with the work and would hire Dustless Hardwood again.

Pete was very helpful in all that he did. Wonderful dustless resurface of our wood floors. Much better stain results than our original floors, matching our cabinets closely. Fixed our transition from floor to carpet very nicely.

Pete was amazing and even worked on the holiday to finish our project in time for us to move in. I would recomend them to anyone needing to refinish or install hardwood.

One star is more than generous. The work done by Dustless Hardwood was careless and haphazard with no regard for our property. The equipment used was unsafe and in need of repair. They took no precautions to protect fixtures and baseboards, although they assured us that they would prior to beginning the job. Top coat was applied unevenly and some areas were not finished at all. Clean up was sloppy and we incurred damage on the exterior of our home as well. Dustless Hardwood would not agree to mitigate the damage they did to our property and we have incurred considerable expense in materials and labor to repair this damage.

Derek did an excellent job on our wood floor refinishing. He was very knowledgeable and offered some good advice. He was easy to work with and responsive. I'm very pleased with the look our floors.

Dustless Hardwood did a very nice job refinnishing our floor. It looks so much better and I don't think we could have beat their price. Everyone was polite and hardworking. Only issue of concern was showing up when they said they would.

The fact that they also provided the low bid was an added bonus. Derek is very knowledgeable and really easy to work with. He exhibited highest integrity throughout the project, always doing what he said he was going to, when he said he was going to. The guys were clean, courteous, trustworthy, and fast. The results are fantastic. We couldn't be more satisfied.
