I have tried to be fair in my assessment, but determining whether to recommend a contractor is best represented in how responsive they are after the money has been paid. Bruce has been unwilling to even keep an appointment to look at our problem - 2 of the windows are leaking worse since they were replaced - much less take the necessary steps to correct it. I am extremely disppointed and at this point would not be a repeat customer.

I'm happy with the windows, though after numerous calls, he has yet to deliver and install my screens. Paid in full and still no screens.

Unclear communication about extra charges incurred during installation. Extras added up to an increase in quote of 20%.

Bruce and the team were able to deliver in less then 10 days of the order. They were also able to work some issues that we had with the window manufacturer and worked on Thanksgiving weekend to make sure that we had the windows in place.

John was very easy to work with and the windows are beautiful!! The Mrs. is a little picky on clean-up; I'd say clean-up was inconsistent.
