They made an appointment, showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. They allowed me to supply the parts needed. I got the parts and called them to install them. They showed up on time and charged me the estimate price. They cleaned up before they left and disposed of the old parts which they removed from the system.

The A/C function of our heat pump wasn't working properly. The compressor turned on and off at short intervals and was not cooling the house properly. I had another company rep come out (via recommendation from Angie's List) who spent 2 hours and had no solution. Fortunately, we weren't charged. I contacted Ecco HVAC via Service Magic. Steve and Sean came out and promised to get the job done. They did. Great attitude. Great price. Great experience. Highly recommend this company.
