Returned my call immediately. Showed up on time. Found problem spots that Terminix hadn't found on three prior visits and fixed the problem for $850 less than Terminix had quoted. Couldn't switch to Ecopro Pest Solutions fast enough!

I was very impressed. The owner, Seth, called me back right away and met me the same day after work. I was afraid that there was a rat behind our washer. He lifted and moved things - removed a nest and checked the perimeter for possible entry points. He identified what he thought was the problem and was working to provide a solution. He is sending someone in the morning to prevent future visitors. Seth is licensed as a commercial applicator by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and seems to follow all the regulations. He is also an animal lover and is knowledgable regarding pet safety. I would highly recommend him!

The owner Seth sent 2 employees Dunstin,and Evon they were on time asked what pests we saw and where and went right to work baiting for ants then spraying outside and in. Then received follow up call from owner. Was happy with service.

They were prompt and courteous.However,they did not follow up. They left us hanging. We have to hire a new company.

I would like everyone to know, seth and his crew, ARE AWESOME he came out at 8pm. when he received the call. and he came on Saturday morning very prompt and drilled and sprayed everything that needed, he said he will be back in a week, to check to see how it was doing, I cant say enough about him, please if you need any form of extermation call seth he is great. I would give him 10 stars, thank you again seth
