The reason I went with this company was the fact that the called me to find out what I needed, gave me a price and told me when they would be there. They were here on time, actually a little early and did the job very well. The other company sent me an email telling me to call them, they must not need the business, because that is not how it works. I went with the company that cared enough about my business that they followed up with a phone call and they got the business. Customer Service is job one for me.
