I've been in contracting business in the Eastern Iowa area since 1976. Work is guaranteed, bonded, and licensed. Most of our work is referral and repeat customer based. We take pride in our work and take great strides to get the customer the best product for them. Customer involvement is our key to getting the project done the way you want. Our communication with our customers is of great importance to keep projects running as smooth as possible and achieving your satisfaction. We try and remain flexible during the course of the project. We can provide some floor and visual plans for certain projects.

We paid before the work was done and have not seen or heard from the person since even tho the work is still not completed. It was right after Christmas and the finish work is still not done. Initially I was very pleased but now I am very disappointed.

Jack, his son and all the crew did an excellent job on our new roof. They used quality materials and the latest methods. They were good at communicating the details of how the job was progressing during the work. They had to work around the weather but always kept the roof covered. They also were careful when doing the tear-off to keep the rest of the house covered and protected and the yard cleaned up. I highly recommend Eherenman Construction.
