Immediate response and professional. Five Star in customer service and knowledge. Yes we will call upon Electrical-Etc... again. Their service to us as a customer is outstanding. note - I am resubmitting this through my browser and not just via the html in the original email. My intention is for 5 stars and "yes" - it sounds like maybe the first time something went wrong and you got a lower rating from me. If you can clear that out, please do - it was in error if it was below 5 stars.... Thanks, - bd

I needed a new circuit brreaker, or so I thought. I had a breaker that kept blowing off and would not stay on. It turns out that Carlos Lopez found the problem right away!! It was not the breaker, it was the plug to the washer. It had welded itself together and caused the breaker to blow!! Carlos even went out of his way to buy and replace my flourescent light bulbs for my bathroom and change the bulb above the kitchen sink for me, since they are covered with plastic covers that are hard to get off, so you can get to the bulbs!!!! I was very impressed with his service and am going to call him again when I get the new plug for the washer

Great Job. This guy comes prepared with a big trailer of tools with him to get the job done. He gave good sound advice on ways to do things right while saving money and will tell you if something was unnecessary. Would recommend him. He has lots of experience.

He is a wonderful electrician and a nice person. You can set a clock when he comes to the work. He cleans up every day, so efficient in his work. He is just a perfectionist, no one better.
