Alex was incredible. I'll be working with him in the future for all my electrical needs. Alex was efficient and always available via email (which ended up being great for myself and my husband). He always turned around answers within 24 hours.

Mr. Tomlinson did a good job and he is a well spoken gentleman. He did the job in minimum time and was very carefull.

What an outstanding experience! Alex called within one day of the request for work being posted and we set an appointment for an estimate. All work to be done was spelled out in writing, broken out by major components and cost. Alex struck me as someone who knew what he was talking about and he took the time to explain what work was needed and why. The follow-up was more difficult, as Alex was tough to get ahold of. E-mail worked better than phone messages. But once we got things coordinated, the work went as planned. Alex did an electric upgrade of our home's system, from 100 to 200 AMPS. The work went smoothly and in checking our home's outlets, Alex found that two receptacles were defective and needed to be replaced. He did not charge us for either parts or labor! And he declined payment when he finished all work, instead saying he preferred to wait until the town's Building Inspector checked the job and found everything in order! It took one week for this inspection to occur. Alex is a true gentleman, courteous and always willing to answer a question or explain things. I now have an electrician for any future work that I need. I recommend Alex highly.

I received excellent service--they went beyond the call of duty and kept within budget. Felt comfortable allowing them to work on own. Will call them back for more work. Only suggetion is to provide drop cloths for items you want to protect from debris--and garbage bags for clean up.
