Elegant Tile, Inc. is a locally owned stone and tile installation company servicing the Northern California area, since 1990. The company is lead by a husband and wife team committed to exceeding client expectations. We take pleasure in beautifying both new and remodeled homes. The most common areas we improve are kitchens, floors, and bathrooms. Additionally, we specialize in fireplaces, wainscots, baseboards, and even outdoor kitchens. The most commonly requested materials are natural stone slabs and tiles, and ceramic and porcelain tiles, but we install glass blocks, medallions (pre-fab or custom) and tile murals, as well. We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship, jobsite cleanliness, and courteous staff. We surpass the competition by providing plumbing and electrical services, which streamlines each project. Our effective communication combined with providing complete estimates and comprehensive contracts eliminates 'surprise' change orders during the project. We made three attempts to resolve/correct, but we were never given any specifics or the opportunity. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and workmanship and are not comfortable if our customers are not 100% satisfied."
"Owner was happy with the fabrication and install; however not with all aspects of the project. We scheduled the project for after July 4th due to potential delays. The owner insisted on starting prior to the holiday. A delay on slab delivery and sink template had a negative impact. We worked extra long hours, but to no avail. We contacted the customer, but it wasn't the news he wanted to hear."
