With a last name like "Plummer", what other industry could Bill work in? Bill comes from a large multi-generational family of Plumbers. Bill started in the plumbing industry when he was just 13 years old. To be closer to his wife's (Ali) family, Bill sold his large bustling plumbing company he owned for several years, and moved to Elk Grove. We opened Elite Plumbing Solutions in June 2013. We are happy to offer trustworthy, professional service to the Elk Grove and Greater Sacramento Area for many years to come. With over 25 years experience in the plumbing industry, we offer exceptional service in all aspects of residential and commercial plumbing, that won't break the bank! Happy with the work and the price but they asked me to pay before all the work was complete. My mistake! Now I can't seem the get the final touch-ups finished. I'm at the bottom of the to-do list.

Very nice people, and accommodating to my needs and schedule. Top quality in the work, but I was most impressed on how with no prompting from me they offered upgrades like running the piping through the wall instead of outside, going back to do touch up work even though I already paid and there was no demand on my part to do that, and dealing with unexpected requirements from the building inspectors. They are not the cheapest service, nor the most expensive, but definitely worth it.

had a problem with my toilet. told elite customer service be on time or dont show at all. waited the time frame out..received phone call installer on way. arrived 25 minutes late anyway.did professional job but broke my toilet seat. and had to leave my home twice because they did not have the common items with them to finish job. so this was just about common for the many contractors ive had in my home. so 5 stars for the quality but 3 stars for the overall job and being late

Bill came out during the week after hours to provide an estimate. He was willing to work on the weekend to complete the project. As it turned out, we were able to get the work finished during the week. He works crazy hours, but does what he needs to in order to get the job done. This is the second time I have used Elite and I would use them again.

The work was done in a very professional and friendly manner. The price was fair and our shower handle was repaired in the time specified and works great now with no leaks! Very nice people! The job started late, but I was kept informed of the time delay. I was called as soon as it was apparent there would be a delay and then another call when they were on their way. The price was a little higher than I expected, but the work was completed quickly and diligently. I would hire them again.
