I had Elite Skylight remove and install a new skylight. Although at the time I was pleased with their work, I called them again since I had a leak in my roof after heavy rains. They agreed to return to my home to assess the repair that they had made. They never showed up.

The entire skylight installation project with Robert Frazier was EXCELLENT. He's available to meet quickly. Very knowledgeable and an EXPERT. Great listener to understand our skylights needs for ventilation, natural lighting. Provided us valuable insight with consideration to the sun and the skylights placement higher/lower, centered/spaced out to maximize the benefits. Skylight windows were standard size, but his recommendations were custom tailored to our environment. His communication skills, workmanship are excellent, always professional, polite, trustworthy, impeccable. He's flexible with our schedule at a fair honest price No leak :)

Robert responded quickly to my request and came to our home for the evaluation of the existing skylight and made the bid which was less than our other bid and even offered a solution to save money over a motorized unit. The installation was done in a timely manner and neatly. We are pleased with the project.

The person who broke my skylight ended up fixing it before Elite came, however Elite was very professional, efficient and courteous and I will definitely call upon them if needed in the future.

Overall the experience was great. Great service, follow through and continuous updates. They managed the project on their own as this was our weekend property and we were not on site. Everything was perfect. I would have given the company 5 stars if the clean up would have been a bit better but the job was what we expected. (hopefully we won't have any more issues once the first rains return to Palm Springs, that when we will see the true value of the work done)

Overall they did a good job. The only thing is that they should work on their communication. I had asked them if they can also install some recessed light and he said he would do it. After he finished the skylight he suddenly said he doesn't have time to do it because he has already other clients waiting. That really brought us in trouble with the painter etc......

All work from initial bid to completion of the job was accomplished as represented. Timeliness and follow through were as represented. The quality of the product and the workmanship appear to be fine. Of course, the final test comes with a heavy rain. That has not happened yet. I have no basis for comparing information on price, so my sense of value is mostly based on naivete..

They did a good job. It was done correctly and in the time frame they stated. Bob, the guy that did the work was a good guy, and we are happy with the project. Hope it lasts forever, but if it does not, I would use them again.

They were prompt in coming out to look at the skylight. They declined to do the work because it's too big a job for a one-man operation.

Elite was efficient, fast and polite...they did a great job.

Robert showed up a few minutes early, diagnosed the problem, and put in new weatherstripping in both skylights. I asked if he would take down the plastic coverings in the ceiling so I could clean them as it's a high ceiling, and he was happy to do that. I would definitely recommend them.

They were courteous, friendly, and effecient.

I had two skylight replacements done. The install was quick and thought went smoothly until I found 3 cracked roof tiles. I contacted the company and a week later I am still waiting to hear back from them. I cannot recommend this company because now I have to get the roof tiles replaced.

My custom skylightes are still beautiful and trouble free.

We had a leak in a corner of a skylight. Service man said it was seated improperly, which he corrected. Gave me a written estimate for replacement of the flashing of both skylights. Could not say how long it would be before the flashing fails, so we will wait and see. Did not charge for the service call.
