I found EM Mechanical, Eric McKeever, very easy to talk to and he wasn't trying to sell me a bill of goods. He explained the problem to me and returned within hours the same day to fix and complete my job. As a retired educator of 30+ years I was most impressed with his assistant. It was a student intern from Carbon Community College (I hope I have the college correct). It takes a lot of patience and understanding to take on a, shall we say, "a student teacher" in his field. She was most pleasant and they seem to have work well together. Kudos to Eric McKeever!

Mr McKeever did a very thorough job fixing the problem Sear's Subcontractor left. The oil burner was completely sooted closed. Mr McKeever took the time necessary to make sure the oil burner was working properly and was very careful about containing the soot problem to the furnace room. I have recommended that Sear's attempt to retain him for their service contracts in my area. He took the time to explain in detail what the Sear's Subcontractor did wrong that caused the problem.
