Didn't keep promises, said I would go with him to choose plants; plants showed up one day, sat for 4 days B4 installed; I watered as installers didn't. Azaleas not planted in raised beds; part shade plants planted in full sun. New plants not fertilized, some planted with root mass above ground. Warranty voided because I moved plants to keep them from burning up. Next spring, told loss of plants due to my neglect. Installation of artificial turf 2 weeks after hardscape/plants. Project sold as "low maintenance" water only 2X weekly for 15 min, actually have to water daily for 30 min.

They did a great job. They showed up when expected and finished the work in the time frame they promised. I had a few lower bids, which is why I gave them a 4.5, but I cannot compare the work to anyone else, as this is the only mailbox I have ever had built. I am happy with my mailbox, although they did forget the flag for it, which I am still waiting on.

They have been excellent working with. We are just getting our project started but they have been better than any company I have worked with. I will have them do a couple other projects in the future

Emerald Cut was creative, efficient, and professional. They provided quality plant and they refocused our sprinkler system to work with our new landscaping. We are very pleased with the results.

I hired/ paid this pro for consultation but in the end the overall project was too highend for my budget, but he was nice and informative.

Cut the trees to a nice shape and cleaned up very well.

Did a great job. Crew cleaned up debris following removal of shrubs and even cleaned what they could out of the pool. They were quick and professional.

I am a trained pruner and I am fussy about my trees, which had many storm-damaged branches. Two men were on the job which allowed them to finish quickly and safely. They cleaned up very nicely and did the work correctly. Prices were in line with other quality tree trimmers.

NIce work with no suprises

I had two trees fall into our swimming pool during the last snow storm and Ernesto responded quickly to our request with a fair estimate and had his team out to remove them in a very short time. They worked quickly and professionally to remove all the debris and were very careful with our pool and the surrounding areas while cleaning up. Everyone from Ernesto and his crew to Carol and Daisy at the main office have been great. I highly recommend this company!
