He's done installation of heating & service on A/C - all went very well. He has been a very fair person to work with. He doesn't try to 'up sell' you; nor, does he take short cares. He really cares! As senior citizens, we have to plan for every penny we spend - he understands that!

Gas Boiler or Radiator Heating System Installation
We had a boiler put in the house. It was 1928, he was working, good price was what we needed. We were bring in the boiler, had to dismantle the old one, brought in the new boiler, slipped down the stairs, small scarce on the boiler.. Long story short, he gave my a 5 year warranty for the boiler. He is very accommodating, listens to the customer.
