Craig Del Duco responded very promptly, and I was able to schedule an appt. in just a couple of days, no mean feat in NYC. He arrived on time, and came up with an innovative solution and finished quickly, left no mess and did a great job.

Craig stopped by at once while in the neighborhood for a free quote, and found the problem immediately. We'll definitely use Empower again for any future electrician needs.
