E.M.S Construction & Remodeling, Inc.

Was 100atisfied with this professional.

David and his team are the best! He came in with a project bid that he was able to work into my budget. The best thing was his crew was on time every time they said they'd be there, they were clean and the work was top notch! David was patient and worked with me with any changes that i made... The job was completed approx. when he said (bear in mind, I made changes) and everything was inspected and done to code. I would be willing to speak with anyone considering this company....David's company is a quality one and he is trustworthy and honest.... I will have them do any of my future work...

David is extremely professional and attentive. He works hard to make sure the customer is satisfied during all aspects of the project. He stays in contact, is very easy to talk to, and is very concerned with the overall customer service. I am very happy with my kitchen and would definitely work with David again on another home improvement project!

David Moyal and his team did an excellent job on our kitchen, baths, painting and floors. He is a professional in every sense: planning, demo, construction and final details. He is responsive to questions and concerns, keeps things going, eliminating down time and waiting for various trades to finish their work. He did exactly what he said he would do in every aspect of the job - - a rare thing in today's world! Another big plus to E. M. S. - David and his team are very nice people. We highly recommend E. M. S.

David was very straightforward and honest through our entire kitchen design. We are very happy with the quality and craftmanship he and his team provided us. Project was finished on time, and David was very flexible in accommodating small changes to our plan during construction. I would highly recommend him for your remodel project.

David Moyal is a true professional. He did my kitchen and bathroom. The quality of the work is excellent, the time frame was accurate, the workers showed up on time and were courteous. He did the work exactly to my specifications even if we changed something in the middle of construction with a smile. I would highly recommend using E.M.S. construction.

Very efficient, finished almost on schedule, easy to work with, accomodated our preferences without resistance. Final clean up could have been better, but otherwise we were very pleased with the work.

David is very professional and has highly professional people working for him. Was very satisfied with the project we hired him for and have referred other people to him.

David Moyal (owner of EMS) is an honest, courteous and trustworthy person. We always felt comfortable having him and his crews in the house even if we weren't there. He addressed every concern we brought to his attention and respected our opinions. This is notable considering how difficult it is to find a dependable contractor. He gets the highest marks in this regard. However, his initial schedule was 4-5 weeks and the project took 12 weeks (and still isn't completely done). As well, we have mixed reviews about the quality of his work - sometimes it was good and sometimes not. In particular, his framers were mediocre, especially when it came to the finishing touches (crooked doors and door frames, misaligned windows, poor stucco finishing, among other concerns). On the other hand, his tile guy was fantastic and super professional - our shower and bathroom look phenomenal. Overall, a mixed experience and we continue to have EMS returning to the house to fix things that probably should have been done properly the first time.

David and his staff were great. This was a terrific experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again or tell our friends and neighbors about him.

Excellent Job in a difficult area. I will use this guy for any future projects.

Has not started yet.

Our remodel was a big job, a complete redo of the downstairs which included the kitchen. The new cabinets are beautiful and the drywall install/repair,and paint turned out nice. Although early on it appeared that the job was going to be a success, we had had a huge issue with the install of the Travertine floor. We agreed to have the floor that was installed removed and are having another contractor complete that for us. We also had a communiations issue regarding the install of some custom windows which left us with one new window we could not install.Mayer the foreman was great.

I was so glad I choice to go with David Moyal. I definitely would use him again.

I chose this company to do the work. I will submit a final rating upon completion.
