At Encompass Property Maintenance, LLC, we strive to develop a great rapport with our clients. I would like to tell you more about our company. EPM is a new company that began as a lawn care business, One MOW Time, based out of Flagler Beach Florida. As a home owner, I understand how time consuming it is to keep your home looking pristine. I expanded the services EPM provides to better serve our clients and their home needs. We are a firefighter owned and operated business and I personally train each employee to guarantee customer satisfaction. Before I was a firefighter, I was a licensed handyman/service contractor in south Florida which included home remodels, property demolition and property renovation. Andrew Hardesty, they owner of this company is exceptionally loyal to his customers and a perfectionist with his work. My fence repair was a rotted support post that had not been properly installed with cement and he did the job right. He even took the time to contact my neighbor that he would be on his property for the repair. He is diligent, customer focused, and literally a perfectionist with all the work he performs. I highly recommend him for repairs, handyman services, lawn services and any installation work.
