Everyone's experience is different, I read comments before trying these guys out. So im going to leave a very honest review. Paul the Operations Manager is a hell of a guy, he reached out to me after I had some concerns, talked with me a good bit, answered any questions on I had, And worked with me, not against me, on figuring out the best set up for my Water Heater. Now look, this is a big company, tons of fleet, alot of people, probably not going to get the same people everytime you need something done. But working with Paul was like a 1 ton weight lifted off my shoulders. He earned that spot to be an operations manager thats for damn sure. Now onto the install- I'm horrendous with names, but these 2 guys (grapids if you see this and know their names please add under a comment they deserve a shoutout) did a fantastic job. They treated my home with respect, didnt track on mud or break anything in the home. They took care of my home and that made me feel comfortable just sitting up stairs and letting them do there thing. When then install was over, the lead explained everything to me so simply and easy to understand. Let me know what the temp is set at, how to change it, even put a water alarm so if any leak does happen, ill know about it right away before it becomes major. And any dirt or debree that got tracked in, they swept up and took away. Left my stairs as clean as when they got there if not better. A big company and they still dont forget what its about. The customer!! Great work everyone, it was raining here so I even tipped both the installers $20 for working so throughly in those conditions. It was lunch time when they left so hopefully they go enjoy a nice meal to replenish their energy! Thank you again everyone!

Grapids Home Services Sales Person and Team did a very great job and in pricing! By installing a new Heating Furnace and Cooling System into my home on July of 2026! Grapids Home Services team was very professional and took pride into their work! By being excellent for my customer satisfaction at the end of completion.

Ben was a very friendly and courteous technician. I appreciated not being pressured to buy additional items at this time. He explained the need and I will take his advice into consideration for the future.

The professional seems to not know what he was doing. And it took 3 separate instances to be available to do the project. I will not recommend them to anyone. They were recommending some expensive repair that were deemed unnecessary by the plumber that we hired and were able completed the project..

They contacted me immediately and scheduled for next day. The serviceman contacted me when he was on his way, arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. There was more that had to be done than the original quote, and he explained it all to me, and the add’l fee was very reasonable. He gave me a card so I can contact a company to do the rest of the cleanup. I will call them in the future if needed, and would definitely recommend Grapids Home Services.

we were not going to go with grapids after we were treated like we were being a pain by not being sure at first how we would do our financing. our customer rep told us she did not want to drive out to our house for a second time and we were taking money out of her wallet but not being sure. she also told my husband that he didn't need to go back to work, he should get some hobbies instead. even complained that my dog's breath was really bad. then came the real shocker: the price!! we were going to hold off but brian talked to paul and he made things rights. no problems at all with the crew that came out, they were great and very patient. they explained everything from top to bottom and in layman's terms. cleaned everything up and stayed late until everything was complete. thank you for making everything right, you could have very easily have lost a customer.

Ethanâ s attention to detail, prompt and thorough service exceeded our expectations during our routine furnace&cooling inspection. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

I had Grapids out last year to replace my furnace and put in central air and did not hesitate to call them when a water line broke in my house and needed repair. We have known for a while that our water heater needed replaced and got a quote to get that done along with the repair. As we had old steel water li es in the house we also had those replaced while they were here. We called them on Tuesday morning, had our prices by Tuesday afternoon and our water lines and water heater all replaced by Wednesday afternoon. They made sure to clean up their things prior to leaving. Coen and Mark and their team did a great job.

Good solid business. Scheduling staff were honest. Install staff were courteous & on time.

They do not contact you when they say they will. They dont provide you with information and their prices are very overpriced. They charged us over a 500% markup for a unit purchased from Lowes.
