This was worse than a nightmare!!!!!! The signing of the contract initial deposit, pick up date for furniture and second deposit was revised up by $2000.00 dollars. We were informed of this after the furniture was on the truck Then we tried to put our goods into their storage for a few months no one answered the phone we had to drive to the company to be told it was no longer in business. Then we tried to find out who had our furniture. Had to get the police involved. Finally found a name of the trucker who had our goods. After three attempts the furniture was delivered matresses wet, two chairs broken same with coffee table, wet boxes !!!!!

Price was similar to others but quality was VERY poor. Started late; did not bring enough boxes and bubble wrap; poor packing, took over 24 hours for a 3 BR townhouse while estimate was 11 hr; poor packing so they did not fit everyhting into the truck, and refused to go back and pick it up; would not do it later for free but wanted to change me. Poor workers and poor owner. Dee was the only decent one willing but unable to help. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANY.

The movers were slow and this was an hourly job. They finished the job in 9 hours. I had other movers in the past with the same amount of furniture that finished the job in 4 hours. the estimate they gave me was 4 hours. They requested 400 dollars halfway through the job which made me worried that they would leave. They chipped and scratched my furniture, they spent 3 hours taping necessary furniture. 2 of the movers were young and very careless. The older mover did much less then the other 2. I think they spend 3 hours more then they should have.

They were about an hour late, but it didn't pose a problem for me. They worked hard, and took care to protect my furniture. The furniture di-assembly/re-assembly was an issue as they do not have any electrical tools ..They had screw driver, plier etc manual tools which takes time as compared to electric tools . And i was paying for the time, so i can be seen as a cause of delay and your bill can go up. But overall i was satisfied with the service. For future use i have first make sure that they bring the appropriate tools with them.

Perfect from beginning to end. Communication was great! The movers were fast and careful. Great experience overall.

The movers that came to move were excellent. They were very good, professional and accomodated our requests. They worked really hard. The dispatcher, however, was a "major problem". We were given a time slot of 9 - 10 AM for the mover to show up. They did not show up until 12:15 PM. There were no phone calls from the company and we had to keep calling. Later, from the movers we found out that they were sent to South Jersey to move someone who was not even scheduled to move that day. The movers had to drive back to Hackensack (almost 2 hour ride back) to come to our house.

I was very pleased first with the customer service I received from Dolores. Once I decided to use them, the movers were prompt, fast, efficient, and didn't go a dollar above the quoted price. I really appreciated that, and would recommend them to anyone.

I was very disappointed that they could not move several key items.

At this point, I am only rating them on the basis of information gathering, apparent reliability, and competative ranking (service and price). My move takes place May 26th, and I will be happy to rate on the quality of the move itself.

Demanded money before they unloaded the truck. Also wanted extra money for travelling time.

Our experience with Enterprise was a very satisfactory one right from day one. Our move was a one day interstate move from NJ to MA. The customer service rep rachel was very responsive and accomodating while we went through the contracting process. Support staff was also very helpful when she was not in office. The delivery people were very courteous and professional. They took great care in packing our items properly and were very efficient at the same time. The drive to MA was very smooth with no damages to our fragile items. They completed the unloading very efficiently & made our move a very pleasent one.

The movers arrived on time and were very good in packing, transporting, and unpacking. I had an issue when I tried to make partial payment with a bank issued money order. The office was contacted and the staff showed no flexibility and demanded payment by postal money order and/or cash. Although this was noted on the moving contract, Enterprise should confirm the payment type with the customer the day before the move.....this was not done in my case. Doing so would have avoided unnecessary running around, delay and confusion.

I was very please with the service I received. The price was great. When I needed to change my day, they did it with no hassle and the guys showed up an hour earlier than I was told which was fantastic. The whole move was easy.

We hired Enterprise for a local move and we were happy with the job they did. Our move was a simple relocation of pre-packed moving boxes, wardrobes, and furniture and they did a good job of managing their time, maintaining a professional demeanor, and was really happy with the price of the job. a 5.5 hour move of this kind was under $600 for us.

It was a great service. They did good work. Very good excellent work.
