Came out same day and treated for bees. product worked and within a few days, the bees were gone.

Karl provided prompt service, took care of a minor ant invasion and gave us good practical advice and options for periodic pest prevention and control at our new home.

EnviroCare Pest Solutions was scheduled to coincide with the removal of the pet from the home (taking him to the veternarian to stay for a few days to be treated). We were scheduled for 12:00 noon and did not receive a call to cancel or reschedule or to say that there was going to be a delay. I called Karl to find out what happened and why he didn't show up. He stated that he didn't have the apartment number. We rescheduled for him to come the next morning at 9:00 am. I received a call at 9:39 am that Karl still was not there. Shortly after that Karl arrived with no explanation of his tardiness again. Hope it gets better.

He really came in and helped alot with the issue at hand.

Karl the company owner was professional and did a terrific job of getting rid of my mice infestation. He came back several times until I was "mice free".
