Environspec Ltd, established in 1990 is the areas leading inspection & consultation service for residential and commercial buildings. The owner Nick Hindley has over twenty years of engineering and design experience. Each inspection brings the highest qualifications and expert information. We are also nationally certified EIFS / stucco inspectors, moisture intrusion analysists and offer mold testing and a list of environmental tests and inspections. Our on lot sewage evaluations are to PSMA protocol. We are a certified PADEP radon testing firm. Nick was very knowledgable about older homes. He was very friendly and extremly thorough. I am so glad he was our inspector buying a first home is a bit scary he was helpful and his suggestions were well thought and it provided us reassurance that the home of my choice was a very good choice.
