Epiphany Assisted Living LLC is a private family owned with a 1:3 staff to Resident ratio. We will never accept more than three Residents at any given time assuring excellent quality care. Although, we have recently opened, we are not new to healthcare industry by any means. From the name on the wall to the location we carefully planned this endeavor with our Residents at the center of our existence.
