Dean called me within seconds of sending this request. He provided a very reasonable estimate for what I needed and didn't charge me a penny more. His technician arrived promptly and even turned the boiler and set the thermostat for me! It is not easy to find a company you can rely on when you live 1500 miles away. I look forward to working with Equator again and will be getting a service contract with them for the future! Thanks for making me a priority and making sure my pipes don't freeze.

From the point of click, they called us in less time then it took to walk one flight of stairs! Came within 1 hour. pleasant service. had readily visible ID. had the part needed on hand. fixed in a short time. took all methods of payment. cleaned up after himself. gave estimate before starting on part replacement. its toasty now.

Came in and fixed my oil burner within 1 hour, little mess and Tech. was professional. Did allow excessive oil into the chamber when replacing nozzle, but as he said it would burn off. Heat working great. Thank you

E-mailed a request thru service magic and had a return phone call in literally 5 minutes. The crew arrived within an hour of the phone call, boiler was fixed within 3 hours (they had to go back for a part) of the original e-mail! We were amazed! We've had the same plumber for 40 years and couldn't get him here, you guys responded in an hour. The guys (Jeff was one of them, didn't get the other man's name)were very professional. Called them today for additional work, putting in 2 timed thermostats, they are coming in 2 hours! No more waiting for service guys that don't show! If only you guys did cablevision and electrical work!!!!!

Equator Heating and Cooling, Inc. via phone conversation took the lengthy time required to understand the reason for consultation. My having hired a previous HV/AC contractor whom lost NYC city installation license authorization while achieving hire by providing a license number meant for authorizing of repair and maintenance only, Equator Heating and Cooling, Inc was able to discover past errors in a timely and affordable fashion. They provided two technicians and spent an hour + reviewing installation. I thank Equator Heating and Cooling, Inc. for their expertise.

They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and really came through for me and my family in a pinch. It felt like the coldest night of the year and he made it so we didn't know it after the job was complete.

I was amazed at the fast response. Five minutes after I put in the request on my computer, I received a call from Equator and they said a repair tech would be at my house within a half hour. Sure enough, he was on time, promptly diagnosed my problem and made the repair. Best experience I ever had with a repair person.

Dean was very professional from the start. Their technician showed up near the time they said they would. The jobs were completed on time, with quality, and at reasonable cost. Going forward, I am definitely going to Equator for all my heating/cooling needs.

Prompt response. Tech that showed up was pleasant & explained what was wrong & what was needed. Didn't try to sell things that weren't required. Will use them again for my gas boiler needs.
