Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
After job was finished, we noticed a roof leak during heavy rainstorms. Have contacted builder numerous times and problem still not resolved. Now Equity will not respond to the last letter and fax I sent to them. Porch ceiling appears now be water damaged and starting to mildew.

This is the first time we have had a job done like this (garage and bedroom on top)done, so we have nothing to judge by. It just seems like builders are on their on time schedule and it generally isn't the same timetable you are on. We will let you know when the job is done how it went. Projected finish date is around Jan. 1, '04.
