Eric and his crew were amazing. They made sure everything was done perfectly. They cleaned up the area every day so I wasn't tripping over everything. They hauled all trash away. I WILL be using Eric again for home projects.

Eric and his group were outstanding. Thewy got in touch with me in less than 5 minutes after I contacted service magic for a refrral. Within 30 minutes Eric was at my door and in 1 hour I had a trailer in my driveway to use for our trash removal. Would absolutely use again.

They called right away and came the same day. They put up two light fixtures for me and were very nice. I had been waiting for my husband to put them up and then I called your service and within minutes I got a phone call from Wil-Mak Homes, LLC. I was very happy not to have to wait around for someone to come, it was a good experience!

Eric from Wil-Mak Homes came out right away and provided an estimate. A crew came out after I gave approval to start the job. The hole in the roof was repaired, rafter beam replaced, facia boards replaced and painted. The bedroom ceiling was repaired and panted and the HVAC vents in the bedroom were replaced. I had a friend in the construction business come by and inspect the repairs. He said it was very high quality work. I am using Wil-Mak Homes for a couple other projects at my house. I would highly recommend Wil-Mak Homes.

Quality of work was very good however a couple times the workers showed up a bit latter than expected. Not a big deal since this is post hurricane and lots of work going on at time. Only negative comment is that would have been nice if the roofers had put down a tarp or something to help with clean up, specially nails. Overall this was a good experience and prices were very reasonable!
Response from Eric Maksym Building and Design Works
"The gate in the back yard was wired shut so we had to throw trash over the fence then pick it up on the other side prior to loading the trailer. We did several dry wall repairs in the garage, front and rear patio ceilings for free. The Home owner changed garage paint colors after we were almost finished. We did work late (7:00PM) to finish on time after all the additional changes at no charge."

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
I needed to enclose an open room with double french doors and fill in a cut-out in a wall. Wil-Mak Homes came out right away. They followed up with a bid immediately, and explained all the work to be done. They completed the work on time and did a great job. I have never had a contractor who showed up when they said and who actually completed the work on time. I would recommend Wil-Mak to anyone who likes quality work, and an honest contractor.
