Minor miscommunication regarding the job. The estimate stated "one coat" I assumed this was OK as I thought, in his professional opinion "one coat" would be sufficient to achieve an acceptable standard; however, one coat left streaks which, after a short discussion, he corrected. Also, although we discussed painting "everything that was previously green" he almost left the job site without painting the four shutters on the front of the house. This was, after a short discussion, corrected. I am happy with the finished product. I would use him again. He made the corrections noted with no hassle or request for additional payment.
