This project is currently on hold due to budget. We do not know enough to rate that as of yet. However, the experience we have had to date is rated excellent, and feel confident the extended service would rate as well. Thank you for your concern in customer service and the opportunity to participate. It is appreciated.

Installer suggested an alternate to actually running a phone line. I needed the line for my computer DSL. The alternate method doesn't work. Had to contact installer several times and I am still waiting for him to come and do what I originally wanted in the first place. Job is yet to be completed!
