Eugene Electric

Eugene came to my home precisely when he said he would. I wallked him through the six items explaining what needed to be done. After this he wrote up the six ttems without further help from me. He included his bid and handed the very professional form for my review. He had a complete understanding of the project. Although he was higher than another contractor I was immediately impressed with him and selected him. For no fault of his own two of the items could not be completed on the same day as I needed to make a purchase. He promised to be back in two days at a certain time. Again he was punctual and proceeded to complete the project.

Eugene did a great job in finding the problem and quickly taking care of it. Since then I have used him on other electrical projects.

Eugene is on time on both appoinments (the free estimate and the fix)

Eugene Electric came to my home the evening on the same day I made the appointment. Eugene arrived at exactly the appointed time. He efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem which was a faulty circuit breaker. He provided a recommendation for future work and gave an estimate for that work.

Mr. Edgar conected an attic fan that I had installed by my roofer. He was very professional and did a competent job. A little expensive - $150 for the job, approximately 30 minutes work.

The Electrician was very quick in solving the problem. He arrived in the time frame of when he said that he would be there. My only problem with Mr. Eugene was that his English was not very good. To me this can be a problem when one is trying to communicate something that is difficult to communicate to anyone in the first place. But overall I was satisfied with the job.

Came out and gave written estimate. Scheduled the work and did it the next available day. Work that was done extremely well.

Eugene responded to our request in a timely manner. He was courteous and professional. The cost for the service we required was reasonable.

Very reasonable and accomodating, although there is somewhat of a language barrier. I have referred him to neighbors, and will use him again.

The electrician performed the work quickly but I felt the price charged was too high and that it was (to some extent) pulled out of thin air. I needed the work done in a hurry but $200 for 4 GFI switches which took the electrician only 40 minutes seemed like a lot.

Great job very professional would hire again if needed.

Came on time, efficient, clean. Job was well done. Communication is problematic. Did not receive receipt. Paid with check. As of two weeks, vendor has yet to cash check. Otherwise, the technical, service part of job was excellent and would recommend vendor.

Mr Eugene installed the exhaust fan which I had provided him. After the job was completed he left and I noticed that the noise from the fan is so high, that I cannot even turn it on. The fan was not working properly, so I called Mr Eugene, and he told me via his wife, that the fan is too big for this bathroom. He SHOULD have told me that earlier and saved me all this trouble, but I think he is looking for a fast buck ONLY. Not considerate about advising the customers, what really is best for them. Furthermore, I was told that after I get a "SMALLER" fan, I would be charged again. I would not recommend him for any work.

Mr. Chung arrived on time and quickly solved the problem at the agreed estimate price. I'll use him again.
