There were major stains that's still visible, wish that they informed us if they were going to be an 1 hr late but other than that everything is ok.

The guys at expert carpet care did an great job! They were here on time,went about their business until all of carpets were close to clean as new. They will also provide a Very affordable bill. I had never heard of ECC before and found them through servicemagic. Their reviews were very good and not they have one more.

Quick and easy. Unfortunately, the carpet in this rental unit was probably beyond hope. Nonetheless, it is remarkably cleaner than it was when they arrived and the process was virtually seamless! Thank you Expert Carpet Care!

They were very easy to work with. They accommodated my busy schedule, and arrived right on time. Our carpets look great. They gave me an estimate on the phone, and charged exactly that without any pressure to add anything else. Their price was better than anyone else we've used over the past few years, and they did at least as good a job, if not better. We'll be using them regularly, I'm sure!

I got tar/grease on my 3 brand new expensive carpet. I thought I had ruined it.! My Servicemaster guy showed up on time, and was able to get all the stains out. He was a really nice guy, and even got the couple of tar stains out of the kitchen rug for me too. I'm very pleased and will use you again.

Expert Carpet Care returned my call as requested, met my deadline and showed up on time--5 minutes early, in fact. There were no surprises and reasonably priced compared to the other two I called. They did an excellent job especially the stairs. I would use them again. I would have preferred to have had the carpet vacuumed by them before the steam cleaning. ServiceMagic - Thank you for having this service; I felt more assured with the process.

My cream colored berber carpet took about 3 days to dry. After they were dry, I noticed what looked like rust coming through. It is scheduled to be cleaned again by this company.
