They did not come here to sell me a new unit like every one else. They attempted to fix my old AC unit and got it running before it finally died for good. Their attempt meant the world to my wife and I, it was 95+ out and we have 2 small kids. While the other contractors were trying to make the most money they could out of us, Expert Heating and Cooling just wanted us comfortable in our own home. Thank you guys!

As part of the tune up, the technician from Expert was supposed to replace the furnace air filter. He removed the old filter and said that he would bring a new one before the end of the day. As of today we have not heard from them. We had to go out and get a new filter and install it in the furnace. The whole service was very unprofessional. He was more interested in trying to sell us a new furnace than to do the job we had requested him to do.

Tech moved AC unit 5 feet. Tech put the ac coil & pipe outside the house about 5 feet. It would have been preferable to have it inside the house.
