Expert Home Improvement

Expert Home Improvement did excellent work at a reasonable price. The crew could have been less messy but any addition to an existing home comes with some degree of intrusion and mess.

Rain gutters added into project leak in several places.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work, in fact we expanded the scope of the project to include additional railing and a gazebo over our spa based on how the original deck building and repairs turned out. The only issue we had was the they started work before we had finalized our plans, which we agreed to, which led to some scheduling problems. I don't think this was a big deal or a chronic problem, I think it was just because of the timing. I would hire them again.

I am very pleased with my new deck, the crew that built it, the cost and the timeliness. The two pros that worked on the deck are very experienced and very accommodating about the inevitable details that crop up on any construction job. I really appreciate their work and recommend them to anyone.
