Ken Johnson is an independent, Texas licensed professional engineer, who specializes in foundation inspections. He will work with you and your chosen foundation repair company to help you receive the quality job you expect. Most inspections can be scheduled within two days of your call. Reports can be emailed within three days after the inspection. Level B reports include elevations taken by a digital manometer, a computerized drawing of the home noting problem areas, a plan of repair. All reports meet qualifications for underwriting documentation, whether you are using FHA or Conventional financing. The fee for our inspections begin at: $600 for slab foundations, we do not inspect pier and beams. We work in the Dallas,Collin,Denton,and Rockwall county.
