Veterans AC and Heat, Inc.

We had an A/C Tech, who took care of our A/C business for 13 years, and who installed our new Air Conditioning Unit only a year ago. However, it was a very small business and the owner was getting older and was no longer dependable. We recently had our Air Conditioner Condensate Drain Line plugged up, which in turn caused extra condensation to fill our Emergency Condensate Drain Pan twice daily. I had seen a shiny, red truck on the highway, with the name Veterans AC and Heating, Inc., which also stated it was "Veteran Owned." So, I researched it and saw that it only had 2 reviews and had been in business a short time. So, being a "Disabled Vietnam Veteran" myself, I decided to give them a chance. They are local for us and could get to our job the same day. Our A/C Unit is in our "HOT attic" and is no fun to work on during the Florida summers is definitely a job that requires a person who likes their work. Roy Shell arrived later in the afternoon, already working a long day, but he got on the job and tackled our issues and getting our A/C operating like a champ. I highly recommend Veterans AC and Heating for anyone looking for an honest, hard working, dependable company, which is Veteran owned and operated by Veterans. Additionally, they give a 10% discount to all active duty military and Veterans. They are also committed to donating 3% of all profit to a local Veteran based charity. It is difficult to find an AC service company that has the three Cs (Competent, Cost Effective, and Customer Friendly). One thing that caught my eye, the veteran connection, proved to be a good predictor of high performance. Price was very reasonable and scheduling was prompt.

When my AC went down (in very hot weather), they were very prompt with their response, they came out right away, fixed my A/C and I'm very pleased with their service.
