Salesman was on-time & prepared. The scheduled work was completed on schedule. The insulation had an immediate impact on our indoor temperatures. Our only disappointment was the visible and pervasive damage to the interior walls from the tool that forces-in the insulation.

They did the job competently, but they could do better in managing the customer relationship. They had to be prodded to give me scheduling information and if I had not had the good sense to ask, they would not have told me anything about how to prepare my house for the installation, which could have made the whole process take much longer.

Showed up at the appointed time. Checked for attic-ceiling air leaks. Filled the attic space with the amount need for R-43 insulation. Followed up with invoice and PG&E rebate information.

They provided full disclosure, the agent was thorough. The work was delayed because of a storm; however, they notified us in a timely manner and rescheduled quickly. The work was completed on time.
