Well the only concern I had was that the company called me stating that he had lost the original person's contact information that was scheduling the appointment.

We were very pleased with the results and the professional service provided by Tony from Fair Oaks Carpet Care. From the call to make the appointment until the job was completed it was a pleasure to deal with the people from Fair Oaks Carpet Care. Stains were removed to our satisfaction and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable rates with no pressure to add on additional services for extra cost. I would not hesitated to recommend Fair Oaks Carpet Care to family, friends or neighbors.
