Excellent all the way around, and I would definitely use Family Painting again! Very satisfied.

I was very impressed with Mallard Systems presentation. They have an excellent product but, not within my budget at this time. Family Painting will get the job since, his price is more in line with what my budget allows. I would never hire Salomon Mercado. He made an 11am appointment with me, showed up at 8am; knowing I work a night shift and don't get to bed till 4am. He rang my door bell,I was asleep and didn't intend to answer it at that early hour. After 1 hour, he wouldn't leave and it was apparent I was not going to be allowed to sleep. I got up, brushed teeth and hair and put on clothes to go answer door and tell him to go away. In the meantime, he sat on my doorbell and left me 15 phone messages to answer the door. At this point, I became alarmed and decided it was unsafe to answer the door to someone who showed up 3 hours early and wouldn't go away. He continued to ring my doorbell and call my phone for 3-1/4 hours! This is not normal and scared me. I would never do business with someone who doesn't know the diference between 8am and 11am; nor consider business with someone so rude and unbusinesslike. His behavior was frightening and definitely abnormal. I was on the verge of calling the police.
