My appointment was set up quickly and the Service man, James arrived promptly. Fanatic solved my problem and also showed compassion for my predicament. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed. They are WONDERFUL!!

When he came to my house he was very polite and knowledgeable about the problem. I have seen immediate improvement in the problem I was having. We have caught a few mice and I have not seen any traces of them ( drippings). I will and have recommended this company. I am pleased so far.

Mold & Toxic Material Test
The gentleman arrived late but was polite. Three samples were collected and submitted to a lab in Florida. The result was highly questionable along with supposed required cleaning and costs which was over 3 thousand. Up till today Fanatic did not call to explain the findings and quoted costs. So I called the lab to discuss the report, but was told I needed Fanatic�s approval before the lab can discuss this with me. The testing costs $190.00 is a waste of my money.

"We told customer because of such a short notice turnaround time of 5pm or later was the earliest appointment. The customer agreed to the time and up front pricing for inspection, report and all lab fees. Customer stated a need for a favorable report and referenced about a insurance situation. Report results and remediation estimate angered customer. Customer hung up phone on inspector during call"

My experience with Fanatic Pest Control was a pleasant one. The representative Carl was extremely helpful. He came to my job to collect the payment so that I would not have to leave work. If I ever needed this service again I would definitely call Fanatic.

I got a call from Fanatic Pest Control just one hour after I contacted Servicemagic. They came out to my place the next day. I asked a million questions and the contractor answered every question with knowledge and patience. They even have a long-term plan called the Platinum Plan that over the year will significantly lessen my bill. I've only had one extermination a little more than a week ago. So far, I still see more activity than I would like to see. However, I'm going to wait a couple more days to see if their chemicals kick in. If I don't see a change soon, I'll just call Fanatic and ask for another extermination.
