Was surprised when they only sent one person and not a "team" but she was great! She did a very good job. Missed a few spots here and there as I noticed afterwards but nothing she can't get the 2nd time around. Overall.. its great to have a clean house. I'm a single Dad with young children so this kind of help really makes a difference. Thanks Fast and Friendly!!

A cleaning pro was scheduled to come to my house on Friday 11/9/07 - and did. They cleaned only two bedrooms upstairs and then left. The entire main floor of the house was not cleaned at all. When I contacted Fast & Friendly, they apologized and stated they would send their best crew on Monday 11/12/07. No one ever showed up or even called (and the first crew took payment - you are required to pay in advance of the service). Not only has this service taken money and delivered NO service, but I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

They do only an adequete job. I have called to complain and ask for a thorough cleaning and still was not happy. The price is right, but it's not worth the money to have the same job my husband and I can do in the same amount of time. The do not do anything extra except the bare miminum. We are disappointed. I've tried contacting the owner and can rarely get through to him.

In the next cleaning, I would like to have more attention given to the kitchen counters, appliances and cabinets. The appliances and counter tops were "sticky" and did not feel or appear clean. Also, I would like to see the light fixtures dusted if possible. I would cob webs and dead bugs on some of the kitchen light fixtures. I will update this rating later.

This was the first time I have used this service. While they did run about 30 mins late for the scheduled time, the tub has never looked cleaner, my carpeting looks fluffy. Without looking at the entire house, so far everything on the surface looks good. I'll update again after the next visit.
