Best price among the bids, and for the same quality roofing materials. Some of our LeafGuard gutters were damaged by the workers during the installation, but Fast Roofing replaced the expensive gutters at no charge to us.

Extremely efficient. Benito (owner) went beyond the call of duty, even repairing some leaks he found during the estimate, for no charge.

Did exactly what they said they would and when they said they would. The weather was frightful but they stayed right on task. No surprises!

Estimate was fair and work performed was done fast, met expectations, and ahead of schedule. I was very impressed with Bene and how smooth the whole process was.

They did the little things that were important, - replaced rotten wood, added metal flashing at soffit ends, took extra time to flash around a gable that had been an entry point for raccoons. They did a great job keeping the roof lines straight and even came back to correct a line that was off. Only problems still open is a suppression in the driveway made by the delivery truck. This wasn't Fast Roofing's fault but they evidently are responsible, and it hasn't been resolved.

My only concern, is that it would be great to get a follow up after the job is completed.
