i had an absolutely frustrating and aggravating experience with this co. They built an unlevel platform at the top of the stairs which caused water to run towards the house. It took me several weeks of their broken promises, lies and attitude to get them to come back and repair the pitch of the steps,which still is not properly leveled. Water now pools up toward the edge of the platform and when very cold, it freezes. My husband almost slipped down the stairs last week and I'm afraid someone else may slip and be seriously injured. My husband wants to take some sort of legal action.These people are terrible craftsmen and bad businessmen
