Faunce Exterior Design, Inc. has been in business since June of 1999. We are experts in the fields of roofing, ventilation systems and insulation. We are experts at effectively locating the source of your leaking roof and water problems. Whether your problems are roof related, such as leaks, damaged material, etc., or if you have ice dams due to lack of ventilation or insulation, we can help you. We have a very simple three step process we use before we start a roofing project: First, we identify the needs of the customer. Second, we inform the customer of the solutions that are available and the costs associated with them. Third, we present the proposed solution that best fits the customers needs. Our commitment to you is unmatched in the industry. We are successful because we take care of our customers. Our goal is to provide uncompromising quality at a competitive price. We also carry a seven year labor warranty on all complete tear-off roofs, compared to the one year warranty required by the state of North Carolina. I am very satisfied with the work the only fault I have is there was alot of nails left all over the back of the roof some fell off in the driveway and for some reason when I turned on my attic fan I heard a loud noise and when I went to see what it was a nail was on my carpet and later my granddaughter found on in her toy that was in the hall. I called the office to tell the girl that answered the phone that I was not complaining but just wanted the nails taken off the roof she said she would have someone take care of it but I have not heard from anyone yet. The weather was a big factor in this but there is just too many nails on the roof.

Because there are two decision makers in our household, Faunce did not get selected to replace our roof. I wanted Faunce to replace our roof due to reputation and professionalism. Joe was quick to respond to our request for an estimate and June followed up religiously. Obviously my choice did not win and only because a family member of the other decision maker used another company. I have referred Faunce to my parents for their roof replacement and I hope the job will go to Faunce. If it does, they will probably get the job at my sister's house as well. Best Wishes.

Overall experience was good. Responded to my request for a bid very rapidly and matched a lower bid. The workers did an excellent job on the roof though some debris was left in the driveway and the crew forgot to take the downspouts off the house.

"Downspouts were in excelent condition, they were left for new gutter to tie into. After homeowner stated he wanted them removed, we came back and removed them."

Good follow through, Good communication with few glitches. They were able to tear off and re-roof in same day, avoided comming storm issues. I would use them again, although I won't really know how they did for a few years! They cleaned up after themselves quite well, and were very careful of our landscaping, etc.

Complete tear off and re-shingle job was done in one day. Happy with the results, but clean up could have been a little better and the downspouts were not removed as requested.

The work was completed timely. The area was kept clean with exception of staples that were found around on the ground. The workers were pleasant and professional. Issues that came up were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. Extra effort was put forth prior to beginning job to make sure we were sure of our roof color selection. Office support was always pleasant, helpful and professional. Joe was upfront and professional. Joe was the only contractor who quoted for the job who went into the attic to observe and evaluate the condition of the roof from the inside.

An excellent experience. The person providing the quote waited until I had time to be there, and used a digital camera to show me EXACTLY where my problems were, and quoted me a very good price. The work was scheduled promptly, and completed on schedule. The crew was very friendly and did a GREAT job, going well above my expectations. My house looks great.

We've had so many experiences with contractors not showing up on time, not finishing on time, etc....with Faunce that was NOT the case!!
