Would not recommend. Very hard to get a hold of and did not give me a courteous call when they were not going to keep an appointment. In addition, the installer hit a sprinkler line and I have not been able to reach anyone since. Very unprofessional.

The whole family was great. We wanted this project completed quickly and they made arrangements to get it done. I had contact on weekends, etc. They called one morning to say they could do it that day and it worked out great. It looks great, price was right, and we are very happy still one week later. I would definitely recommend Madelyn,

Madeline is a delight. She was prompt to reply and respond. The project started timely and, as any job, there was a couple of obstacles. They were quickly resolved and the project finished on time. The hardest part of the job was not being able to communicate with the workers. The foremen spoke English (Madeline's husband) but he left the job site all day. My only complaint was a stain left on my back porch by one of there machines and they cut my 2 phone lines for the weekend without notifying me or even acknowledging they had done it.

Once the crew got here they did great work. However, they 'no showed' on me twice. Once it was the estimator and once it was the crew. When they did come out for each they were very late in arriving.

Very happy with the fence. Very friendly and easy to work with. The only issue I had was they didn't always have time to return phone calls.

They came right out and provided an estimate and were able to complete the job very quickly. They were competitively priced. Very easy to work with.

Installed the wrong color fence and then wouldnt return numerous phone calls. Very unprofessional!!! Finally received the right color fence 2 weeks later. And also left a mess on my lawn. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent experience. They took care of all the permits and put up the fence much earlier than expected. Highly recommended.

I found them through an internet search and later SM referred me to them. These are people with integrity and pride in their work. Other than some communication problems affecting rain delays the project was close to perfect.

Very good experience overall. Very efficient and at the right price.

They did an excellent job on the fence; however, took them a month to complete the job. They said it would be done it no more than a week. At times, they were difficult to get a hold of. Also, they had several delays in getting the permit resolved with their previous job.

This company and its owners followed through every step of the way! They came when they said they would, provided an excellent wood, made a few revisions without complaint! I think they are wonderful!

The have not sent the inspector. And a post is loose.

Great fencing contractor. Showed up on time for estimate appointment. Had to change installation date due to hurricane Jeanne. They called me to let me know that they could install the fence AHEAD of schedule. Finished job, and very happy with clean, professional, and quality performance.

Should have cleaned up better. Shows a lack of pride in their work.

I am very happy with the job Fencing Masters did at my home and I am the President of the HOA in witch I live I have added them to the boards choice of vendors. Thank You.

Madeleyne and her staff went out of their way to make this process as painless as possible. They are true professionals. I would recommend them and would definitely use their services in the future.

I am still waiting on my hoa to allow us to do this; HOWEVER, they have been fabulous. Will rate when completed.
