Mike was very dilligent, punctual and showed profesionalism while providing his services. Even though he had a busy schedule, he accomodated his activities to finish the floors so that we could move in to our house. We like the wood flooring he installed and appreciate his job.

I had my floors buffed and recoated, as Mike did not think my floors were damaged enough for a full refinish. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to oversell! His price was reasonable compared to the other quotes I received, and I trust the brand of product he uses. Although the floors unexpectedly took two applications to get the desired results, I appreciated that Mike was able to do the second coat within 2 weeks of the first, since it was not originally planned. The floors look virtually brand new now!

I thought that this company did an awesome job. Joe was very clear from the beginning about the entire process and explained everything we needed to know. It was amazing to see the floor transformed to a more improved appearance. The only downside is all of the leftover dust we had to clean up. They also took great care while moving our furniture and there was no damage .

They did a great job. On time, on budget and met all their commitments. Based on their performance with me I highly recommend them.

The floors turned out beautifully -- much better than I even hoped they'd look. And Mike and Joe were both great. They managed to do the work, which included the kitchen, without disconnecting my refrigerator, so I didn't have to eat out all the time. They also were very respectful of my home, tidying up at the end of each day. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great experience

I contacted Fenice Flooring to refines my bamboo floors. I have bamboo floors throughout my entire 1200 sq ft house. Mike and Joe were fantastic. They were good at the business side of things, like communication, showing up when they said they would, cleaning up at the end of the day, and not overrunning their estimate. They were also good at their work -- they clearly care about doing a great job -- perfectionists. They went above and beyond the call of duty -- herding my cats and replacing a part of the floor that had water damage on a day they couldn't reach me at work. The floors look better now than they did originally! Call them!

I can't rate yet because we haven't started the project. If you check back when we are done I will rate. They are very friendly, prompt and professional.

The guys from Fenice did a great job. Unfortunately, the job turned out to be bigger than initially scoped but they did an excellent job installing my wood floors and going the extra mile to ensure that I was happy. I would give them a 4.5
