These guys came out and gave us a good estimate quickly and started the work within a couple days. They were clean, neat and quick. They were very knowledgeable on the materials, pouring shower bases and water proofing. Great guys to work with.

Brian is meticulous, he is a craftsmen.

This company is 1st rate quality with excellent customer service. Jake did our estimate and was very knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I learned a lot from him. Joshua installed our MB tile in a 45 degree angle and it looks fantastic. My husband and I are very pleased and will use fidelity for all of our floor projects in the future. Friends of ours were so impressed with both the education that Jake provided and the job that Joshua did that they plan on using them as well, to install wood flooring.

Fidelity Flooring Solutions completed 2 jobs inside my home; one was a repair of water damaged wood flooring around a toilet and the other was a kitchen backsplash. My wife and my interactions with the manager and workers were outstanding from pre-sales through installation. They all did their job with great professionalism, the communication was excellent and they made sure they cleaned up all work areas when they were done. By the way, the completed work looks fantastic.

My porcelain tile looks great! Jake was the first to respond and on time and on schedule.

Jake was very helpful and courteous throughout the project. Josh did an excellent work installing cermaic tiles in our kitchen, mudroom and breakfast area, and putting mosaic backsplash in the kitchen. The whole kitchen looks very good. Even when we were looking for contractors, they helped us with our questions and provided us samples to look at. They always made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. And their rates are very competitive. We are very happy with thier work !!
