The carpet installation was done well. The preparation and clean-up is terrible. I had to supply nails and hammer to take care of squeaks and creaks. I had to supply the vacuum cleaner to vacuum the carpet after installation of carpet, and they did a shoddy job of that. I spent an hour later redoing their job. They did not haul the old carpet away. Julie and Bob blamed it on the sub-contractors, stating it was their job.

overall good experience. the tiles we selected were a bit troublesome for the installer, but he was very good about returning to remedy the situation. I will use this firm again for some future work.

My carpet was installed two days before I was to move into my new home. This was communicated to the installer. He called me at work to let me know that his vacuum cleaner was broken after completing the job. He asked me if I could vacuum the floor. I never had carpet installed so I thought it would be very little to vacuum and agreed. The next day I went to clean and get ready to move in and it was overwhelming. I was surprised at all the carpet shavings left behind. I already had no time to do everything I need to do before moving in and it took 3 HOURS on my hands and knees to get all the shavings up. This was frustrating to me!!!
