"Thank you for the 4 star rating. We are pleased that you were satisfied with the end result. We did have trouble locating your home. The directions seem to be incorrect on Google Maps as well as Garmin GPS navigation. We sincerely apologize that the window trim was not done right the first time. We did send out another crew to correct the issue, replacing the trim and installing to your satisfaction. We are very aware that permits need to be pulled for all window replacements. Elk River is different than most in that they require 2 inspections instead of the typical 1 inspection after completion. Thank your your feedback."
"We truly apologize for the miscommunication with the gutter covers. They were not included on the bid; however we installed them with no additional charge for product or labor. We were not informed of any issue with the window installation. It passed city inspection and the customer stated everything looked good at the end of the project.
